This article takes you through how to cancel a Facebook Page - that is a fanpage or business page, not your personal page.

STEP 1: First of all, login to your account and go to the page that you want to remove. You can do this by clicking on "Account" in the top right corner and then "Manage Pages"

STEP 2: On the left side, underneath your page photo or image (that appears in the top left corner) click on the text link "Edit Page". Note you must be an admin of the page to see this link.

STEP 3: You will then be taken to a settings type page. Near the top of this page is a link "Delete Page" - click on that.

NOTE: You can't retrieve this page once deleted, so make sure you definitely want it gone!
